This looks great. Our favourite buskers, Bolshy, are joined by artists, DJs, films and live projections. A right old mash up, you could say. But with a bit of a theme to tie it all together – all taking place in Waxxx’s new Greenland Street space. Yeah, it really is all happening down Baltic way, it seems.

Exhibition: Enclosure

Participating Artists: Robert Dutton/ Eliza-lee Farrington/ Syd Farrington/ Toni-Marie Harrison/ Gemma Hulme/ Joseph Hulme/ Fi Jennings/ Tiarnan Loughran/ Liam Peacock/ Laura Roberts/ Theo Vass

“Enclosure is a two-day exhibition that explores the creative motives of a large group of diverse artists exhibiting in the same environment,” says organiser, Eliza-lee Farrington, currently in her third year studying fine art at Liverpool John Moores. The event follows on from Disclosure, an earlier exhibition also curated by Eliza-lee which explored similar themes of communication and containment within new spaces – bravely staged in the basement of her house last year. She’s probably still haggling over the insurance claim.
