While many might be content paying six quid for a soggy bap of pulled pork at some of the north west’s generally disappointing paid-entry food fests, the Cultural Food Feast is showing everyone that simple, gorgeous food just doesn’t have to have a big price tag on it. Or any price tag, for that matter.

liverpool-cultural-food-feastAs part of the excellent Black History Month, the culinary feast pitches up at the Palm House on Saturday for a celebration of Merseyside’s diversity, culture, history – oh, and totally delicious grub from across the globe. Be inspired, or your money back.

There’s a big selection of stuff on offer to try out, and amongst all the eating there’ll be performances (including SevenStreets’ favourite soul boy Esco Williams), stalls, stuff for kids, and more. A weekend highlight.
