Lovely stuff on Tate Online shop

The Tate shop has a new range of Liverpool-centric souvenir stuff. We like.

The Tate has a new range of stuff by Andy Tuohy, which we think looks rather good.

The Liverpool Alphabet obvious landmarks like the Liver Birds and Albert Dock; modern icons like the Superlambanana, and, er, Meccano (invented in Liverpool).

Designer Tuohy studied and worked in Liverpool in the 1980s and now produces contemporary artworks rooted in classic twentieth century illustration and design.

The range includes a poster, bag and tea towel – with individual letters and numbers available on mugs, magnets, badges and postcards.

We’ll have a tea towel please.
