Simian at Chibuku: Win tickets

As you know, we are your friends. That's why we're giving you the chance to join the Chibuku party this weekend...

It seems like so long ago when we were bemoaning the Chibuku summer hiatus, now we’re heading towards the end of November and they still serve up knock out line ups, week after week.

This Saturday is no exception, as Ford and Shaw, aka Simian Mobile Disco bring their live show to the Masque. Currently riding high, they’re back to push the boundaries of electronic music in the Theatre. Then there’s Erol Alkan, a DJ synonymous with the electro clash genre and who is still top of his game. For those who have replaced their rave shoes for running trainers, his recent Bugged Out mix is custom made to add a bit of excitement to those Sunday morning plods around Sevvy Park. (ED- yeah, your body’s a temple now, Steph, we hear it).

And upstairs in The Loft, it’s a bit special too. Sir David Rodigan has a reputation throughout the Chibuku masses for generating a true party atmosphere – mixing dancehall, ska and reggae to ensure all arms are aloft. Add in Jackmaster, and resident Rich Furness and we’ll dare you not to have a good time.
Fancy popping along? Course you do. Follow @7streets on twitter and RT the link and we’ll pop you in the hat* to win a pair of tickets – there are two sets up for grabs.
